pollev API only works for one account but not for newly created accounts, however these accounts did work before last week

We are using pollev through the API, and we cannot create polls /authorize through newly created accounts, but only through our first generated account.
We use the same way of access, but the credentials for the new accounts we made do not seem to work. We can login through the website however.
These accounts however did work before last week.
Did something change?

Could you please give an example of an API request that is working and one that is not? If the same request works with one set of credentials but not with another, could you please contact support --at-- polleverywhere.com and explain which account works and which does not? (You probably don't want to put your username or email address on this public mailing list.) We don't need the password, just something so we can find the two accounts and compare their configuration.
