Political Innovation project: First two essays are now live!

Just a quick update from the Political Innovation project. Our first
two essays are now live.

Innovation no2 comes from Dominic Campbell of FutureGov - it's an
outline of how government procurement can be transformed - as long as

Last week, Tim Davies kicked the project off with Innovation no1: How
