I think so too. But don't short-change Joe Biden, who got more good things done for ordinary working Americans than any president since LBJ. (Johnson's own presidency was destroyed by lying us into Vietnam, but on domestic policy he was the greatest since FDR).
Unfortunately, Biden's four years were marred by worldwide inflation, which was completely beyond his control. And after he left, Trump, MAGA, and "DOGE" came in like a gigantic horde of locusts, to chew up and destroy everything good in sight going back to the New Deal.
