It's a fact that eating good quality meats and cutting down on carbs is a healthier diet than the pyramid bs they put out decades ago. Total opposite diet of that is healthier. Fasting is also a healthy thing to do. Unfortunately our massive growing of veggies and fruits  and farm animals don't produce the  nutrients our food did 100 years ago. They don't let the land rest every 7 th year like God commands so the  soil depleted can grow healthy foods again.

That's not not true at all. Read up on carnivore diets. They are helping people getting of alot medications that the drug pushers want us on for profit.

I encourage you to eat as much red meat as possible.  Also, add some processed meat in there.   Go for it.

I don't eat a carnivore diet...but I have made sure to eat better meats...grass fed and finished.
