The really startling ones have the supposed images of the cupfulls of parasites you can extract overnight  through your foot soles after applying some cure-all powder

The scariest one regards brain parasites and dementia !!

What's scary is it comes with a shred of credence from others.

In the Bad Ol' Days, before our wise Dear Ruler and his entourage (like Elon Musk's "DOGE") decided that snake oil profits took precedence over stuff like public safety, we had agencies like the FDA and the Consumer Products Safety Commission that kept hazardous products off the market. Like those cheap dime store Halloween costumes in the 1950s and 60s, with the weird smell, that would burst into flames and fry the little ghosts and goblins if they got anywhere near a lit cigarette or other fire source. Or foods that made the eater sick, and medicines that at best did not do what the makers claimed they would do, and at worst would kill you.

Thank God (ie, Donald Trump) those agencies have either been defunded and dismantled outright, or at least thad their directors and scientists replaced with Trump-Loyal executives, attorneys and lobbyists for the Snake Oil Industry.
