At that rate, analysts say oil prices would climb to $150, a level that would send the U.S. and other economies into recession.

THey are saying could be high fuel prices over a 100 for a year.  Glad I got my spain tickets already.

Gas prices high or not don't bother me. It's a means to an end.  It will make flying a bit higher and I am sure things like food and other products go up.

Not sure how much of the 'Golden Age' the country can take.

Small price to pay for taking out an 86 year old leader with one foot in the grave.

Russia is NOT thrilled with what Trump has done. Neither is China.  Actually the whole world is alarmed. Trump apparently is now blaming his advisors so I guess he is realizing he has nothing (understatement)  to be  thrilled about either.

One could almost think that perhaps the founders were right when they determined that the power to take a nation to war was too consequential to be left in the hands of one man.

Yep Trump creates an oil crisis leaving him no choice except to lift sanctions on Russian oil. They can refill their coffers and fuel their war machine.

No small price.  Trump destroyed his presidency in that initial attack and lost the war.  Historians will discuss it for decades as one of the greatest political and military blunders ever.  Have you realized that Trump killed the ONE person in Iran who prevented them from pursuing nuclear weapons?

This picture of mourners for Khomeni is from Michigan.  Just  a sample of what happened throughout the world.

You realize he will declare victory and then blame some other country for the issues

No he hasn’t. That would be true of any other President. However for MAGA’s the truth is whatever Trump says it is. He will declare a great victory, a victory like no one has ever seen before, tell them how much safer they are, how respected America is, and blame Biden for any repercussions. Of course they will lap it up like brain dead zombies and slap his name on every bridge street and building in the country.
