After all, though he and Trump both are accessories (and have made us accessories) to genocide, on other fronts he had the most successful presidency since LBJ in getting good things done for the American people. While Dictator Donald has done nothing but harm America and its people, including trying to undo everything good that was done by Biden; from restoring the economy and bringing our crumbling infrastructure into the 21st century, to protecting American consumers, workers, and the environment.

A cease-fire and hostage exchange is a good thing, and I haven't heard anyone try to deny him credit for it. Along with fast-tracking approval of the Covid vaccine during his first term, that makes two good things he's done so far. But they hardly make up for the thousands of truly awful things he's done to date. Especially in this term, with no adults in the room this time to hold his worst impulses in check.

Keep in mind that it's only a temporary cease-fire in a one-sided "war". It's not as if the US had no leverage in getting Netanyahu to at least temporarily halt mass-murdering innocent Palestinian men, women, and children by the tens of thousands, with bombs supplied by us.
