The F-35 can't evade North Korean Early warning radar!!!

Why can't the F-35 or the F-22 stealth capabilities evade North Korean radar? In addition why can't both jets outrun a SAM like the SR- 71 could do? Furthermore while I'm pleased you have integrated vertical takeoff and landing into the F-35b why not make the feature available in all 3 models. Furthermore it's a travesty that the F-35 can't go faster than an 80's era F-16.

If I'm wrong then why haven't we deployed F-35's and F-22's to drop bunker busters on North Korean nuclear sites. Fact is they can see through our stealth.
