Iam requesting 15 minutes of your time and would like a written reply regarding a criminal matter for which iam still on probation for. I would like to know how much would you charge to file a motion to terminate probation in my case, which extends until 2023, illegally!!!

I broke a window at the united states postal service's downtown location. This window was shattered by my backhand with a  Bic lighter. The crime occured on Federal property and yet I was prosecuted by the sonoma county district attorney's office. This act by the local government violates the seperation of powers clause to the USA Constitution--specifically article 2 section 1 and article 1 section 2. Furthermore, Marbury v madison, 1806 which advocated for federal appellate jurisdictional sovereignty over state and local criminal and civil courts. Also the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment was also violated in my case since i would have been cited and released at the Albany California Federal regional detention facility, which was my right since i freely admit that i committed a minor nuisance crime on federal property, because i wanted national and international peer review of my attempt at civil disobedience.   

Take for instance the crime of robbing a bank that engages in interstate commerce without a gun. The sentence is 6 months in general population and 3 years probation. Those who stupidly rob banks that do not engage in interstate commerce go to CDCR where it's a minimum 18 month prison sentence and then 3 years probation for the same crime. what fraud these little clusterfuck small banks create. Federal prosecutors are far more intune with the penal aspect of probation, and focus more on a therapeutic rehabilitation regime with their non violent offenders, something state and local governments are too biased by cronyism & nepotism to provide a balanced administration of justice without economic bias with the prescribed penal punishment for grand larceny let alone simple vandalism, which i freely admit that i was guilty of 2 years ago.

The case should be overturned if i could get appellate representation regarding the illegal denial of my change of venue motion at arraignment hearing judges blocking my motions twice while i was illegally being held in solitary confinement at the sonoma county jail, and forced to sleep and a metal slab with no blankets for 2 weeks after the denial of my second change of venue motion to get my case heard in san francisco federal court which was my constitutional right which the local government illegally denied me unconstitutionally!!!!

I would like to definitely hire you to file a motion to terminate probation because full civil restitution has been paid to the aggrieved public entity, albeit illegally stored in the county of sonoma's banking system. the postal service is a member of the executive branch of our trinitarian adversarial system. Local government had no legal jurisdiction in my case. That is a fact that is self evident. The Writ of Ceritori was illegally blocked by the district attorney's office of the county of sonoma.
