Itoo am facing this, Although for me the mouse works but keyboard does not even pair to the Macbook pro anymore. Both are unifying reciever based devices. would appreciate if someone / logitech fixes this.

Same. I have a logitech k350 keyboard. the unifying application shows it connected, but only in the "advanced" settings. the volume control button works, but none of the other keys. i have set up all the security/privacy settings correctly in the system prefs and restarted multiple times but nothing is working.

Then reinstalled what appears to be the most recent Logitech drivers for Mac: "Logicool". I say 'appears' because it is the only download that lists 10.15 as an available Mac OS version. And the "Logitech firmware update" which recognized the Unifying receiver and reported a successful firmware update.

Then verified that both the Logitech Control Center Deamon and the Logicool Unifying Software were enabled in the "Input Monitoring" panel of the "Privacy" tab of the "Security & Privacy" System Preference Pane.

Using the "Advanced" option....the keyboard is recognized (state goes from inactive to active when you pound on the keys), yet no characters appear either in the Unifying test box or anywhere in the computer itself.

Just updated to Catalina and my M325 Logitech mouse stopped working immediately. This mouse works with a USB unifying dongle. The Logitech keyboard also running off the same dongle has kept working, but the mouse does not. Reading earlier blogs from Catalina beta, I see this issue was raised. Is there a fix? Is Apple aware of this?

As for the updates: What is the model of the dongle? What is the model of the keyboard I can only accuse it is Logitech. Also, press the Sync Button on the bottom of the keyboard. See if it recognizes it.

When I touch on the blue button 'Open Security & Privacy', my pointer is still alive but no existing windows respond to mouseDown events. If, instead, I open the Security and Preferences pane separately, there is no Logitech system extension listed in any of the panes for any of the system elements. There is nothing to 'enable'.

I tried with Logitech's "Logitech Control Center" (lcc3.9.9 and lcc3.9.9j - whatever their difference may be), which are linked to on this page: -us/articles/360025297833. The effects were disastrous: Not only did my various Logitech mice not work, but my Apple (!) keyboard was also blocked. This made recovery difficult because I was not able to enter a password to uninstall the broken Logitech drivers. If you try it, make sure you have access from another computer, e.g. using ssh.

I'm having the problem on a consistent basis, but I'm using a USB-C dock with the logitech dongle attached to the dock. Every time I plug in to the dock, it doesn't recognize the devices (mouse & keyboard), but if I restart the computer, it'll recognize it each time.

Bluetooth Devices in Windows 10 says they're "Paired" but won't connect. Strangely, all other Bluetooth devices work fine with my laptop (my speakers, headphones, etc). Just the keyboard and mouse are having issues,

I had the same problem with my xps13 9370 and suspect the killer card is the culprit. My mouse (Logitech m535) will just stop working, says it is paired, but not connected. If I remove and try and add back, it adds as a generic peripheral device and is not listed under mouse and does not work. After hours of searching for a solution I stumbled upon this link: -hardware/22049-how-completely-remove-bluetooth-device-win-10-a-2.html?s=a2f8d67635c5579e481994ee4d0922db

The reason I stumbled upon this post is because my mouse started disconnecting today after about 2 months of stability, and I was curious if there was a fix for the Killer card. I re-ran the above steps and was back in business. I spent so much time looking for a fix, i'm hopeful this will help someone else with the same issues.

Have you contacted Logitech Support? It might have nothing to do with Windows 10. You should not use a killer driver. Get the correct win 10 driver from Logitech for each device. Since they are diff models you might need 2 diff drivers.

I'm also having problems with bluetooth keyboard/mouse. Basically they work great and then randomly when I turn on Dell 9370 (brand new) they don't work. Only solution is to re-pair them ("find new bluetooth device") and now I have some keyboard paired multiple times. Same with mouse.

(Also, occasionally I find that bluetooth doesn't come on when I turn on the laptop and there is no on-off switch for it either -- as if there is no bluetooth). Re-booting fixes this problem, but I mention it because it may be related.

My mouse was working fine, I kept it connected overnight on my laptop and they were both on. The next morning the mouse kept disconnecting and connecting repeatedly (1 sec connected, 1 sec disconnected). It plays the disconnected sound on loop. The computer can successfully identify it as logitech G502 through Logitech GHub.

I have updated drivers, restarted the computer, unpluggedd and replugged in the mouse, disabled power management on USB, installed Logitech G driver, the USB ports work for other devices, the logitech mouse displays the same issue when connected to other computers.

The same thing happened to me, at first I thought it was software but when trying to connect with another pc the same thing happened, so I decided to open it and see what happened, the mouse was very dirty and had humidity since sometimes I put wet clothes on it I just passed a brush with alcohol to everything and solved.it is very easy to disassemble it with any video on youtube

I found a temporary solution that works for me, but it does keep reconnecting after a computer restart.Go into settings > Devices and then to your right-click on > devices and printers under the related setting tab.

(Keep your mouse plugged in and maybe mute your laptop/PC so you don't go insane) Now you can see your device at the top of the screen. Right-click it and press 'Remove Device' now just sit and wait for it to re-discover the device and it should be fine until restart.

I have a little problem with my logitech MX Anywhere 3 mouse. When I pressing the central button of the mouse to orbit does not work, it only works if I press the central button with the left click. I would like to be able to orbit by pressing only the central button.

It might be worth mentioning that I use the MacOS version of Sketchup. I will test on another system if the mouse behaves the same and report here. But since I have a direct comparison with 3 models on my desk, one can assume that this is a specific problem of MX Anywhere 3.

It might be that Logitech Options has a weirdness that relates just to the singular mouse model. Just a short time ago I was about to buy one to use with my small laptop but the store had ran out of stock so I bought a second MX Master 2S instead. Seems that besides saving money I saved trouble as well.

I'm attempting something that might seem crazy but I got stuck at the end. I am installing Windows 95, on a flash drive, using a PC with modern hardware (Not a virtual machine!). I got around the memory issue (16GB > 1GB) with MaxPhysPage and the Windows protection error issue (4.0GHz > 2.1GHz) with CPU95FIX. I can boot into Windows 95, the basic things work (keyboard and screen at really low resolution), but the mouse... It is recognized as a mouse but even a single tiny movement can make it teleport everywhere, randomly click at random places and drag from random places to random places.

At first, the installer also had this issue but the installer has a flag for it. SETUP /iL makes the installer load the Logitech mouse drivers instead of the normal mouse drivers and that seemed to fix the mouse for the setup. However, I couldn't figure out how to load these drivers on the actual installation so the mouse works normally there. If there is a file inside the installation CD, what's the path to it? If the installation already has the driver, how can I activate it? If there is a 3rd party driver I need to install, where can I get it from?

The mouse is a wireless Logitech M705 connected via Logitech's USB dongle. The same dongle is also connected to the keyboard. I am yet to figure out how it works at all but it works and I'm not going to question it.

Windows 95 Setup and Windows 95 will probably be using different types of drivers. Setup runs direct from DOS, so will use real-mode drivers, whereas Windows 95 will prefer virtual device drivers (for the CPU's "virtual mode" ), to avoid having to switch to and from real mode every time it talks to the mouse. It can use real-mode drivers if necessary, but Windows 95 includes VMOUSE.VXD which works with most mice (except yours).

On a modern system, the speed penalty from a real-mode driver won't be an issue. If you can load a real-mode mouse driver in DOS (through CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT) before Windows boots, Windows should use the real-mode driver instead. If you can't fish the real-mode driver out of the Windows 95 CD, you could try one of the drivers listed here.

Driver Support is a software that takes inventory of your computer and its hardware devices. In doing so, it finds out which devices have outdated drivers. If you have a Logitech mouse plugged into our system, Driver Support can check to ensure its drivers are up to date.

How did this process start? Additionally this seems like an ideal attack vector for Windows machines. Can anyone provide some insight as to how the USB dongle (with no volume) can do this?

Even though a USB stick is not supposed to it might also claim to be a HID keyboard and issue commands as you. In the case of a keyboard/mouse dongle, this would not even appear to be suspicious; it already is a keyboard. Think start+r -> "\\?\volumesomething-logitech-hardcoded\autorun.exe"

Another less nefarious trick I have seen is to expose a virtual CD drive with an autorun, where they are generally slightly more trusted. Even in Windows 10, some form of AutoPlay does run by default.
