Helloeveryone, the team recently pushed a backend deployment to address the issue where players selecting EU West on the login screen, were actually being placed on US Central servers once logged in.

We will continue to improve stability tonight and throughout the week to ensure that you guys are able to play without the frustration. For those wanting to avoid the online issues for now the full-offline mode is available when launching the game.

Notice: We are continuing to work on the transition time issues, and will be deploying a service to help us better diagnose issues and test fixes. We expect this process to take up to one hour, during which time servers may become unavailable. Thank you for the continued support as we are working to resolve these issues.

Notice - we are deploying another update that may affect some users, and we will update here once the deployment has been completed. Some users may experience disconnects during this update. We apologize for the headache.

With our last patch, we saw a considerable uptick in matchmaking transitions between non-town zones for solo characters, and overall the solo-play experience continues to improve.

We will be deploying a fix shortly (2024-02-23T23:00:00Z) to address group/party-play with the intent on improving scene transitions.

In 10 minutes we will push some back end changes to further address the transition time issues, and are beginning to see some improvements in performance. This fix should also resolve the party play LE-61 issues.

We have managed to deploy a number of server config changes, thankfully without affecting players currently successfully connected and playing. These changes appear to be helping with the EU-West Issues and reducing disconnects when loading into towns. Thank you for all your reports to help us narrow this down. We will continue to monitor and provide any further updates as they come.

there appears to be a couple of options missing, namely, Server Status & Software Versions. I would have expected both of these options to show whether the system has Virtualmin installed or not.

The webmin system does have 2 servers running, ssh & pptpd, Have I missed configured something so these options do not show, I would suggest not as changing the theme does not make any difference to the data displayed.

It would be good if the data mentioned could be displayed on the dashboard on a webmin system to save digging into the menuing system ( in my case both servers & networking ) to find out if these servers are running.

I dont think you will be able to use the provided dns by my isp, it is only those who are subscribe to them. Those ip addresses that belongs to their public ip address allotment are the only ones that can use those dns nameserver.

Hi guys, I am trying to get the offline virtual server status in one line from F5 cmd line. The command "tmsh show ltm virtual all-properties" shows all the virtual server properties. Can we extract somehow this "Availability : offline" from the output?

I'm trying to get Munin's various Apachie plugins to work on my web server, but I'm hitting issues. Upon asking Munin to check available plugins, two of the three Apache plugins return an error saying that

Now presumably this is something to do with how I have Apache serving a Wordpress install etc. The web site lives in /var/www/wordpress, with the index.php file one level up and the .htaccess file amended as per the Wordpress instructions. It works fine, but I've a niggling feeling that when Munin/Lynx tries to load localhost/server-status, it's looking for it in /var/www/.
