We are thrilled to announce that "The Balcony Movie," directed by the acclaimed Paweł Łoziński, has joined the lineup of the Kosciuszko Foundation Washington DC Polish Film Festival. This exceptional film has earned a perfect 100% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes and will be screened on Friday, May 10 at 8:45 PM at the Landmark E Street Cinema.

"The Balcony Movie" explores profound questions about humanity and storytelling through a unique lens. From his own balcony, director Paweł Łoziński spends over two years filming passersby—neighbors, strangers, the young and old. He engages them in conversations, creating a lay confessional where individuals reveal their lives and secrets. This film challenges our perceptions, asking: Can anyone be a movie hero? Is it possible to capture the world in just one film frame?

With every encounter, "The Balcony Movie" demonstrates that life's reality often surpasses our imaginations. This film is a radical return to the origins of cinema, where the simple act of stopping and observing opens up deeper insights into our human condition.

Join us for this extraordinary cinematic experience that will captivate your heart and mind!
