White Courage - Synopsis

War and politics have the power to divide nations—but love can be even more destructive. When the beautiful Bronka is forced into marriage with the eldest son of a powerful highland family, his younger brother rebels, setting off on his own path. Then war arrives, bringing the Nazi occupation, ruthless ideologies, and impossible choices. As the family is pulled apart—both by internal conflicts and the forces of war—their fate becomes entwined with the destiny of the entire region, leading to a dramatic and unforgettable climax.

Featuring an outstanding ensemble of Poland’s finest actors, including Jakub Gierszał, Sandra Drzymalska, Filip Pławiak, and Wiktoria Gorodecka, White Courage is a gripping tale of love, loyalty, and survival. The film has just been nominated for Eagles Awards (Orły) in 15 categories—the Polish film industry’s highest honor!
