New data formats from the FEC

Hi from the FEC,
At long last, today the Commission is launching a new template for
providing bulk data on federal campaign finance activity, along with a
new tool to help us communicate with users wherever they might be.
This is just the beginning of what we hope will be a much simpler and
more comprehensive presentation of our data. We hope you'll take a
look at http://www.fec.gov/data/ and let us know what you think and
also give us your ideas for more data and formats as we move forward.
