new version supports parties and blogs

supporting candidates and parties, polinax now allows members to
register as candidate and input their blog feed address. Polinax scans
registered candidates blogs and add their answers to the prospective
questions and their party.
Every question now has its own page, with all the answers from the
candidates blog and a discussion forum. Users have an up/down vote on
every answer.
