Help us secure victory for the progressive, people-powered candidate in our first 2026 primary.

Justice Democrats

We have only 5 days left until Nida Allam’s primary election in North Carolina’s fourth district, and AI is spending big money to defeat her.

A super PAC funded by one of the world’s biggest AI companies has now dropped over $1.5 million to re-elect entrenched, AI and Big Tech-friendly incumbent Valerie Foushee — that’s right, they dropped another $800,000 since this article came out yesterday:

The American Prospect: AI Goes to Bat for Valerie Foushee. A super PAC funded by Anthropic, makers of Claude, is spending nearly $700,000 to get the North Carolina congresswoman, who sits on a key AI commission, re-elected.

Why? Because she sits on a Congressional commission tasked with overseeing AI regulation, and she refuses to join her constituents in opposing a new AI data center that will disrupt the environment and raise utility prices for working families in her district.

Meanwhile, Nida has been on the frontlines with community members protesting this new data center and supports Bernie Sanders’ moratorium on all new data centers nationwide.

Foushee can’t be trusted to hold the powerful AI industry accountable if her campaign is being bankrolled by them.

This Tuesday’s primary is our chance to replace a corporate-backed Democrat with a progressive champion for working people who won’t be bought by AI, Crypto, AIPAC, or any other corporate super PACs.

So can we count on you to rush a split donation between Nida Allam and Justice Democrats to help secure victory on Tuesday? This money will go directly to helping keep Nida’s ad with Bernie Sanders on the air, so every single donation will make a difference.
