On Tuesday Ken Paxton officially became the Republican nominee for U.S. Senate in Texas.
Paxton is scandal-plagued and the worst kind of corrupt politician: indicted then impeached by members of his own party over allegations he abused his office for personal gain.
With him as the Republican nominee, James Talarico has a real shot at winning. And the polls back it up.
Polls show Talarico up 1 point in Texas over Ken Paxton. Chris Pappas is up 1 point in New Hampshire over John Sununu. Democrats have to flip Texas. And we have to hold New Hampshire.
The path to flipping the Senate runs through two states: Texas and New Hampshire. And the most powerful thing you can do to flip the Senate is to support our candidates in both those states at once.
