All, I just finished making a more readable version of the 2007
Healthy Oregon Act. It took me a long time! So if you're wanting to
refer to that Act -- perhaps to better understand the Oregon Health
Fund and other background info for this year's health bill -- please
take a look at this version, you'll find it a lot easier to read than
the PDF or web versions produced by the state. With some links for
context, to boot (though there's still a lot of links that could be
added).
