4.2 增加鞋盒外观质量检查标准和检验方法

4.2.1 明确我司的鞋盒规格要求及尺寸

4.2.2 鞋盒外观要求与检验方法

①表面：鞋盒色彩清晰均匀，无明显变形和残缺，成品之间不粘连，糊盒处无脱胶现象； 表面气泡≤0.5mm，正面≤1个，反面≤2个，覆膜均匀、平整。

②文字图案：要求与品牌LOGO一致，文字、图案必须清晰、正确，无缺印、缺字、笔划不全的情形，小于5号字不误字意；无明显位置偏移、歪斜、重影；无明显印刷套色不准、模糊等缺陷；烫印文字和图案不花白，不变色，不脱落。

③色泽：必须符合确认的标准样品，并在封样的上限/标准/下限范围内。

④洁净度：成品外观整洁，无明显色条、斑点、脏污等异物沾染。表面色块或白块≤0.5mm， 正面≤1个，反面≤2个。

4.2.3 功能（物理机械性能）要求与检测方法:     

①套印误差: 主要部位(如图案、文字、标志等处)≤0.30mm，次要部位≤0.80mm。

②尺寸: 在双方确认的标准值与公差范围内

检验方法:用符合精度的直尺测量。

③牢固性：鞋盖和鞋盒牢固，无脱胶现象，脱胶面≤20%

检验方法: 鞋盒成型，鞋盒无溢胶
