Dear Friends,

This is the Declaration that we need to discuss tomorrow.


This Declaration is like a Preamble and the concrete suggestions that the students would come up with would be based on the Philosophy and Vision outlined in this Declaration.

The suggestions could be directed towards the college/university, family/community/neighborhood  and of course the state/international institutions.
