Remote Services an PojoSR...service hooks?

Hi Pojosrers,

ECF has a spec-compliant implementation of OSGi R5 remote services (RS) and remote services admin (RSA).  I would like to investigate running this implementation on/using pojosr, but there are some dependencies on framework functionality that I am wondering whether present/available in pojosr:

Service Hooks:   org.osgi.framework.hooks.service

There are also dependencies on these framework packages and the services that they expose:

org.osgi.service.log

org.osgi.service.event

My questions:  

1) Does pojosr support the org.osgi.framework.hooks.service API currently?...and 

2) Does anyone know of any problems with using/running the log, event admin services on pojosr?

If the answer is 'no' to either of the above questions...would there be interest in contributions (from me) to add them to pojosr?

Also...it seems that pojosr has not had a release in 2013...is there still active work going on with it (i.e. is it being enhanced as new version of the OSGi spec...4, 5, 6 are being created)?

Scott,

we do support service hooks up to a point so I think it is worth a try to get the RS/RSA to work on pojosr. Furthermore, I don't see why any of the log, or event admin shouldn't be able to work. I'd say give it a go and let us know if you run into any problems and we see whether we can fix them (and yes, contributions would be very welcome as well :-). 

Regarding your last question, I'm willing to look into problems when they come up and we can add new features if somebody needs them (especially if there are some contributions alone with that ;-).
