Bundle dynamic installation

Hi , i like this project because i need of lightweight osgi fmk

I've seen that dynamic bundle installation is not supported ... This
meas that the feature is non implemented yet or has been a choice
driven by gae compatibility?

I would like use this fmk but ,unfortunately, i need the dynamic
installation feature
