Thanks, at the end of the year

We reach the end of a difficult year. Poetry has helped me throughout 2020 and as this year blurs its way into 2021, we offer a writing prompt of thanks featuring a poem by W.S. Merwin.

The November prompt was looking to the future and many submissions directly addressed this pandemic year. The November issue of poems selected is now online.

I also offer thanks to all the poets who submit to the prompts. Some of you have been sending poems for 10 or 20 years!  
In 2020, I moved the main site to a new server and bought a secure domain. The correct URL to bookmark is https://poetsonline.org - that S in https means secure and costs money. So, additional thanks to anyone who has used our Amazon shopping link to put a few pennies in the tip jar to help keep Poets Online a free site.
