Dear Poets,

Benicia's celebration of National Poetry Month is this coming Sunday, April 27, 2-4pm in the Dona Benicia room at the Library.  It's going to be a Poetry Party with luscious treats on the tables as well as from the podium and valuable door prizes!!

Our Best to You is an open mic for all poets to bring a personal favorite poem whether it won a prize or not.  Ten area Poet Laureates, past and present, will also be joining us.  To fit all these wonderful readings in, we request that you choose something that will take no longer than three minutes or so.

We open the room at 1:30.  Come early to sign in for the order of reading, grab some food, find a seat, and chat with other fellow poets!
