Dear Poets Near and Far,

Stay tuned for the details for our next "Benicia Love Poetry Contest" coming in the beginning of February.  Since this contest attracts entries from across California and across the country, the Big Love Celebration will be on Zoom in the late spring so everyone can attend!

A gentle reminder of a local event, an Ekphrastic reading to John Tullis' art exhibition "I Like What I See."  Twenty one poets will read their poems alongside the artist and the work which inspired them. It should be a wonderful event, starting at 2 pm on Saturday, January 11 in the Benicia Library Dona Benicia Room!  Free, refreshments served.

THURSDAY, JANUARY 23, TABLE TALK at the Benicia Inn, East D St, 10:30 Social Brunch time, 11:00- 12:00 Meeting time.  This is a meetup of people who want to write, who write, and exchange ideas about writing.  This Month's topic is experiences in publishing by seasoned authors.  Contact Beth Grimm, at grimm-...@gmail.com with questions.
