“There are many bridges that connect us with the sizzling and soothing energy of the nonhuman beings all around us. Some of us choose to cross those bridges," says Barbara Chepitis, our featured teller tomorrow night. Barbara is also a dear friend of mine and was the founding member of the Snickering Witches, a collaborative storytelling trio I was a part of. You'll find her wise, funny, connective, and irreverent storytelling style mesmerizing.

Break for announcements

7 or 8 Open Mic tellers until 9 pm. Tellers have up to ten minutes each. You can tell a personal story, a folktale, your version of a literary story, a historical story, or even a narrative joke! The only rule is: no notes! Come as yourself. We love all varieties of selves. We love new tellers.

$5, no reservations needed; students free with ID
