There haven't been any commits on github for a long time. Is the project dead?

Hi,

It seems unlikely it will be developed further. I have added a
deprecation notice to the README.

Cheers,

Chris.

That's too bad.
PodSixNet is a great solution and easy to use.
So far I haven't found an alternative. Does anyone know of an equivalent alternative?
@Chris: Can't you be persuaded to continue?

Patches welcome is anybody wants to nudge it along.

Unfortunately, I'm not a good programmer to be able to do that.
I only know that asycio replaces the asyncore lib.

I'm a bit proud that I was able to create this program as a beginner. All with the help of PodSixNet!
Thanks again for the lib and I hope someone will take care of the Asyncore/Asyncio problem to keep PosSixNet alive ;)
