Phonemic segmentation lessons

I was looking at the phonemic segmentation lessons and I am a little
confused. Are they the same as the tap/build/read lessons or do we
just make our own script to the word families (ig og) for week 3? I
have lesson 3-6 on tap/build/read and they are great but are these the
lesson that are included with phonemic segmentation? help please.
