Widget with Display of Battery Percentages on Devices

We have a small utility in our company (small training company in Singapore) that harvest the battery percentage on devices attached to our computers, the percentage is used by the company house keeping to change the batteries in due time before they run flat.

Since we use exclusively rechargeable batteries, knowing this is important so they can be put to charging and because we dont have many extras due to the additional price of rechargeable, and also because we don't want to bother the the learners with battery changing in the middle of their classes.

What would be the best way to put this into a widget that we can show in Podio to alert the staff to devices running low ?
