We are looking for pictures (moving or still) about this person
(Marios Z.). He is in fact innocent, but he has been temporarilly
judged (investigator - prosecutor) dangerous * and he is in prison
now. If we don't hurry he will stay in prison for a long time until
his trial (this is long!). It is of urgent need to find something,
especially until, today, Tuesday 16 March 2010 night, but even after
this date (i.e until September 2010) it will be really useful! We hope
that on Wednesday 17 March his case will be re-examined after his
lawyer application.
He was arrested at the protest in Athens on 11 March 2010 between
13:35 - 13:50 near the Academy of Athens, in front of the Agricultural
Bank of Greece (Αγροτική Τράπεζα της Ελλάδος), Panepistimiou 23 and
Sina.
Pictures (moving or still) before his arrest are of most interest.
Exact or estimated time of the pictures can be of use, also. High
definition will be even better.

* He is accused of wearing a full face mask, utilizing molotof and
other minor (by law) actions. This is a very serious accusation that
is made worse by a recent law that transforms delinquencies (minor
actions) to felonies (major actions) in case of withheld identity
(mask).

Αναζητούμε υλικό (φωτογραφίες / βίντεο) σχετικά με αυτό το παιδί
(Μάριος Ζ.). Είναι αθώος. Παρόλα αυτά, στο στάδιο της ανάκρισης
(ανακριτής / εισαγγελέας), του έχουν φορτώσει ένα σωρό πλημμελήματα
που με βάση τον κουκουλονόμο μετατρέπονται σε κακουργήματα και
συνοδεύονται και από το εκ των πραγμάτων κακούργημα της χρήσης
μολότοφ, έχει κριθεί επικίνδυνος και βρίσκεται προφυλακισμένος. Αν δεν
βιαστούμε θα περάσει πολύ καιρό στην φυλακή μέχρι να γίνει η δίκη του
(μιλάμε για πολύ χρόνο). Υπάρχει άμεση ανάγκη να βρούμε κάτι ειδικά
μέχρι σήμερα Τρίτη 16 Μαρτίου 2010 το βράδυ -αλλά και μετά θα είναι
πολύ χρήσιμο (π.χ. μέχρι το Σεπτέμβριο του 2010)! Πιέζουμε ώστε την
Τετάρτη 17 Μαρτίου να επανεξεταστεί η προφυλάκισή του μετά από αίτηση
που θα καταθέσει η δικηγόρος του.
Συνελήφθη στην πορεία στην Αθήνα, 11 Μαρτίου 2010 μεταξύ 13:35 - 13:50
στα Προπύλαια μπροστά από την Αγροτική Τράπεζα, Πανεπιστημίου 23 και
Σίνα.
Ενδιαφέρουν, κυρίως, εικόνες του πριν από τη σύλληψή του. Η ακριβής ή
εκτιμώμενη ώρα των εικόνων θα ήταν χρήσιμη. Εικόνες / βίντεο υψηλής
ανάλυσης είναι ακόμη καλύτερα.
Παρακαλώ προωθήστε αυτό το μήνυμα προς όπου πιστεύετε ότι είναι
σημαντικό. Όμως, παρακαλώ, αφαιρέστε τη δ/νση του αποστολέα και άλλων
παραληπτών (π.χ. copy&paste μόνο της ανακοίνωσης αυτής)!

Pedimos material (fotografias-video) relacionado con este chico
(Marios Z.). Es inocente. A pesar de ello, en el interrogatorio (el
fiscal y el juez de instruccion) le han culpado de un monton de
delitos menores que basados en "la ley de la capucha" se convierten en
delitos mayores, acompanados de la acusacion del delito mayor, uso de
molotov. Le consideran peligroso y ahora mismo se encuentra en prision
preventiva. Si no nos damos prisa va a pasar mucho tiempo en la
carcel, hasta que se celebre su juicio y hablamos de mucho tiempo.
Existe la necesidad urgente de encontrar algo especialmente hasta hoy
por la noche, Martes 16 de Marzo del 2010. Pero tambien en los meses
siguientes la informacion que se encuentre sera muy util, por ejemplo
hasta Setiembre del 2010. De momento presionamos para que el 17 de
Marzo se vuelva a considerar la decision de prision preventiva tras la
peticion que presentara su abogada.
Fue arrestado en la manifestacion de Atenas el 11 de Marzo de 2010
entre las 13:35 y las 13:50 cerca de la Academia de Atenas en frente
del banco de Agricultura de Grecia, en la calle Panepitimiou num. 23
en el cruce con la calle Sina.
Nos interesan sobre todo imagenes antes de su arresto. Si fuera
posible seria util tambien que se viera la hora exacta de la toma de
la fotografia. Imagenes y videos de alta resolucion todavia mejor.
Por favor,mandad este mensaje donde considereis que es importante.
Pero por favor, quitad la direccion del remitente y de otros contactos
(ej: haced copiar&pegar solo en el texto de este mail y pegadlo en un
mensaje nuevo)
