Tape Sync

Okay, I think I've fixed the bugs in the code that made the Tape Sync
application not work with Safari. A few CSS/formatting issues remain,
but as far as I can tell everything works.

There *may* be some problems with Tape Sync requests previously
created using Safari, since the validation code was bypassed due to a
bug. I have deleted af few tape syncs that were missing longitude/
latitude.

Please try to create some phony tape sync requests, update your
profile to appear as though you're a tape-sync provider, and play
with it. Let me know here what you think.
