[podcasters] iTunes error 403

Is anybody getting this, or getting reports of listeners' inabiity to
download with this message: <<The remote server returned an error:
(403) Forbidden>>

It happened to me downloading one of my own podcasts today to verify
the launch, and I am getting reports from listeners of similar
difficulties. A google search reveals some weird info, e.g., Bill
Maher's podcast returns a 403 for non-U.S. downloaders because HBO has
configured to disallow non U.S. IP addresses.

So why would an IP filter block anyone from my end? It also strangely
coincides with the release of iTunes 7.6.1 today.

A bit concerned, and I welcome any info anyone can provide!
