The SAC feed on iTunes hasn't updated in a week. We've released five
episodes in that time.
Anyone else having this problem with their feed?
Anything anyone can think of to do about it, anyone to contact?
Thank you very much,

Hey Michael,
Have you tried pinging iTunes manually? http://blogs.oreilly.com/digitalmedia/2006/06/pinging-itunes.html
Have you moved your feed recently?
Have you tried unsubscribing and resubscribing?
If none of that works, I'd put a call into Steve Jobs.
But seriously, I don't have any contacts with Apple.
Good luck. Please let us know what worked if any.

This question just came up a week ago. The short answer is that the
iTunes directory updates on its own arcane schedule, and sometimes
cannot be moved by any mortal power, whether you do the manual ping
thing or not.
But subscribers to your show in iTunes aren't bound by the directory.
They'll get your episodes regardless. So don't stress about it.

Thank you.
Did the ping (after fixing some errors, as reported by running the
feed through http://www.feedvalidator.org/ ), and it came up in the
directory a few hours later.
Directions on doing the ping are here, if anyone needs 'em:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/store/podcaststechspecs.html#episodes
(I used the URL version, not the XML version.)
