As I have never used the hosted version of Wordpress (wwordpres.org) I was unaware of this. They have a very user friendly WYSIWYG editor for your theme (drag and drop pictures, etc). On my server I've upgraded to 2.1.3 and it has a quick way to edit the header colors, but nothing to add a header graphic, change your sidebar like wordpress.org.
Anybody know of a plugin for those of use that host it? I've been hacking the code all these years and never knew this existed. I think the disafvantage of using the hosted version is you may be limited on plugins (will need to check into that).

The correct URL for the publicly hosted Wordpress site is:
http://wordpress.com

Unfortunately, no. It's not an easy thing to build; I suspect a lot
of the hardcore Wordpress theme designers use either Dreamweaver or
good CSS editors.
