Every year the organization TNI holds the Transformative Cities People's Choice Award where they nominate 12 organizations from all over the world which are working to make water, housing, energy and food accessible for all.

We are looking for journalists who would want to write about these organizations. This year the organizations are in Paris, France; Jackson, Mississippi; Gaza, Palestine; Grenoble, France; Mouans-Sartoux, France; Cloughjordan, Ireland; Valladolid, Spain; Valparaíso, Chile; Burgas, Bulgaria; Medellín, Colombia; Terrassa, Spain and Porto Alegre, Brazil.

If you are a journalist who lives in one of these cities or know of other fellow journalists who do, feel free to email me and I can give you more information on the assignment.

I worked with his organization last year and I highly recommend it. It's a great way to get to know very necessary organizations as well as getting paid for your writing...which unfortunately is not always the case....
