Happy Spring everyone!

The metro west Boston area is just starting to warm up and I have flowers poking through the dirt in the front yard, so I'm taking this as a sign that winter is over. With a change in season comes some changes around these parts.

If you are reading this then it means we have connected in one form or another in the past. I was having a hard time keeping everyone up to date on what I was doing so a few months back I started a mailing list. The service I was using was not what I had hoped for, so I've switched over to using Blue Sky Factory.

I have an inbox that is always full of unread messages so I completely understand if you don't want another piece of mail there. I am going to send out notes every month (or so) just letting people know about what I'm up to, what I've seen that excited me and what I'm working on. It'll be a mix of business, family and life in general. To never get another one of these click here.

So with that, let's get to the update. I hope you stick around.

---------------------------

The Advance Guard has been busy, busy, busy. You may have seen the work we did around Spring Break for American Eagle Outfitters or gotten a kiss from the aerie kissing booth. We've also been working with Trivya to get the word out about their Trivya Facebook Application and newly launched Jackpot 21 contest in which you can win up to $10,000. My Home 2.0 has just begun another season and we are working hard on letting the world know about the high resolution video service and tools from mDialog.

As you can see we are working with a diverse group of clients and are always looking to work with more to come up with compelling and appropriate marketing programs across mediums. I'm just an e-mail or phone call away if you'd like to talk about an opportunity. We've got a couple other things brewing right now, but I can't chat about those quite yet.

----------------------------

On the podcasting front I've been creating content as always. Accident Hash continues to churn out some of the best unheard music on the Internet and Managing the Gray has been helping people make a little more sense of the ever changing social media landscape. I've also been doing more video on One Guy's Thoughts including some work we did in Austin with mDialog to produce a series of videos called SXSW For Newbies. I had a blast doing it and the video bug sure has bitten again. I'm going to be updating the format of the show in the near future. Just have to get some new opening credits done and find the time to do it.

------------------------------

Life outside of the office is going great. The kids are growing and are both taking swimming lessons right now. Dylan starts soccer this week and Emily has been enjoying going to Performing Arts classes on the weekends. The new house is great and we are hopefully going to be closing on selling the old one this month. Keep those fingers crossed!!!

-------------------------------

That is really it for me. Special thanks to the team at Blue Sky Factory for helping me getting this up and going. As always, my blog has the latest happenings on what I'm up to and of course you can also find me on Twitter dropping brain slurpees several times a day.

Until next time go and make it a great day!

Catch ya on the flipside.
