Hi all!
There has been some discussion on which hashtag we should use for PodCamp CT 2012. I set up a quick little poll here to vote for your favorite. http://t.co/7nrmy293
So far #podct is winning.
I'm cool with it as long as we all use the same one :)

My favorite isn't even on the list. We always used #pcct and I think
we should continue to use it.

The problem was that somebody else has started using pcct.
However, I just did a search for pcct and the search results only go back a few days, so I think if we started using it again, it would be ok.

Like Aldon, I prefer #pcct.
It is short. It is natural.
But a teenage cheerleading crowd heavily uses it. So I wonder how that
affects us.
Like Jack, I prefer we all use the same one :)

Doing searches on #pcct (using a nonlogged in account, and setting
locations to outside of Connecticut), #pcct is still dominantly about
Podcamp CT. I find a few references to cheerleading as well as to the
PC Club of Toronto and the Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township.

There is so much online connecting PCCT to PodcampCT, and so little
about other organizations or events, I don't think we need to worry
about cheerleaders and I don't think we should surrender the brand
equity of the #pcct hashtag.
