I've sent an email to Pat/Lisa at Kelly's and left message...giving as many details as possible, as far as the time, etc....seeing if we could get one drink ticket per person and a similar menu choice to what we did for the luncheon.

I know traditionally people wait until last minute to register but hopefully the word is getting out there!
We should schedule a status call next week to try to tie up loose ends.

p.s. A bit of good news...  I am doing some work for Katalina's Bakery and have talked to her about bartering some of my services in exchange for pastries and coffee in the morning. I haven't worked out the details yet but it should help tremendously in keeping our costs down.
