What type of audo/visual equipment will be provided?

Hi all. I'm looking forward to presenting and to getting to know you all a little better. Does anyone know what audio/visual equipment will be available.

There is a crew meeting tonight, and because we're at a new venue this year I'd like to check in before I answer. I want to make sure you get accurate information.

I will say that typically each room will have a projector, a screen and an audio setup, and that you shouldn't need anything more than a laptop and a dongle (the adaptor between your laptop and the projector if you are a Mac user).

I will post audio specs on this thread later tonight. I will also post general tech specs (including audio) on a new thread.

I don't have all the information on AV equipment. The bids just came in tonight so we chose a vendor.

There will be 6 session rooms, the largest of which will be used for the panels. All the rooms will have a projector and a screen. There will be audio but I need to follow up with the production coordinator for more specifics.

I will post more information here as soon as I can get it, then as soon as I have time. Sorry about this.
