Good morning Podcampers,

There should be a blog post on the website Podcamp Nashville website later today with very detailed information and instructions for speakers. Attached to this post is the schedule and room assignments. For those of you who requested specific times, we were able to honor those. In the Excel spreadsheet, go to the last tab "Session Schedule."

There have been a few excellent questions that I wanted to answer:

Q: If the more intimate rooms do not have audio, do they visual? We would like to show a few slides.
A: Yes, all rooms will have a projector and screen.

Q: Should we bring speakers to plug into our computers (if presentations include audio) or do we just need 1/8 to 1/8 audio cables to connect to the projector's audio?
A: I would recommend bringing speakers. The projectors won't have audio. The audio setup is separate, and I am not sure whether they are 1/8 or 1/4.

Q: Speaking of connectors.  I understand we are to bring our own...what type of connectors do the projectors have?  Standard VGA?  DVI?  Other?
A: Standard VGA, with minimum native resolution of 1024x768.

Q: Will there be any way to do a run through of our presentations in the rooms prior to the day of the event?

A: You would have to arrange that with the Hotel Preston. It's not our space until Saturday. My contact there has been Crystal Rader-Muchechetere Crystal.Rader...@hotelpreston.com, or call her directly at 615.324.9827.

Any other questions, shoot them my way. As soon as I see the blog post with the speakers instructions, I will post a link here.

Best,
Edwin
