Example of library working

Hi,

I'm having some dificulties getting POData to run. Have you any fully setup examples? For example something with a dispatcher utilising the northwind service.

unfortunately not.  This is logged as an issue: https://github.com/POData/POData/issues/28  but I'm not sure where to get a free SQL Server host so instead looking to do it on postgresql on heroku probably.  A reference implementation would help a lot.

I do have some step by step guides that i haven't got around to publishing.  when i get home i'll put them up somewhere.

Anything would be useful. I've a working version of the original ODataProducer with Breeze, and would be keen to try a version of POData with Breeze.
