Default {% raw %}

Hi,

I'm trying to get my head around the linkedin oncall system. In particular how they use jinja.

Looking at this file:

https://github.com/linkedin/oncall/blob/master/src/oncall/ui/templates/index.html

Is it normal to turn on {% raw %} at the start of the file and then wrap individual items with {% endraw %} then {% raw %}? Seems odd to me. What are they trying to achieve?
