Running on high resolution displays

I've just been able to borrow a Trimble Nomad device which has a
higher resolution display than I normally work with. The only major
problem was the speed/heading etc not showing up on the bottom of the
map when Map > Show > Navigation was selected.

In version 3.0.8 I've added a couple of parameters to settings.xml :

<rect_height>50</rect_height>
<rect_pos>65</rect_pos>

The default for these are both 25 but if you don't see the speed etc
then try manually changing them to the above.

I suppose you could also use the rect_pos parameter to move the speed
to below the address if you so wished. Or to hide it but keep the
address.
