Can't pickup all wood items

I have a fresh install on CentOS 6.

I added the install log to this topic. Is there anything that I might have missed?

It doesn't matter who joins, wood blocks are always left behind. Unless you mine from the top of a tree.

I am seeing this error in console.

[ERROR] A level 8 error happened: "Undefined offset: /home/jemrada/pocketmine/src/pmf/Level.php" at line 318
