Pocketmath API v3 or Pocketmath Pro API v1 scope

We are experincing some problems to develop a full integration through API to Pocketmath v3 or Pocketmath Pro v1, no matter what we use, and we are interesed to know if could use those API to develop and scale a larger number of daily operations against the platform so we can scale the entire operation in an automated enviroment between our platform and Pocketmath.

Publishers identification by id, micro-bidding, larger time response for list updates are some of this problems, so we want to understand if Pocketmath platform API is useful to do this. 

Someone who can clarify these issues?
