Vice set up

The screws that came with the vice dont fit any of the holes? The only one that does is too short to join it to the base.

I replied to the author via email, but if anyone else is checking for this answer - the vise packet comes with quantity 5 M4 x 10 socket head cap screws. Two are used to attach the adaptor to the B-table and one is used to attach the vise to the adaptor. Be sure that the vise is lined up such that the threaded holes are over the adaptor holes. There are 2 extra M4 x 10 screws.
