Now, the V2 can only cut aluminium wood and plastic?

If the V3 can do the job with brass steel and aluminum, I am pretty sure that i will buy one.

So anybody knows when they are going to release the V3?

Pocket NC V2 has the capability to cut 4140 steel.  Rockwell C value of 13.
Brass is just a little over twice that at around 29 or 30.   That would be a very significant change in design and materials they must use.   You can pretty much forget making the machine from aluminum and shipping cost would be like shipping a regular milling machine.   I wouldn't mind seeing a bigger machining envelope, but once you get into cutting the harder stuff...... your looking at industrial prices.

I saw a video on youtube. A guy make a brass blade with pocket NV V2. Here is the link

Can you tell me why?

Probably soft annealed brass.  You also noticed that he did a small part and used the collet holder as well.

I am currently using the V2 to cut 360 Brass, 303 Stainless, and Grade 2 Titanium without issues. The soft, annealed 360 Brass cuts like butter, while the Stainless and G2 Ti take some patience in figuring out feeds and speeds, as well as giving a much longer cycle time.

This video has been very helpful to see the capabilities of this machine in some of the harder materials: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7YfRNZbfjaY
