Public release of pocc-1.0-beta-r3.

The 3rd beta release of PoCC is available for download at http://pocc.sourceforge.net
.

Bug fixes:
- Install problem with GMP on some machines.
- Double-free error at the end of the compilation process.

Improvements:
- Quick developer documentation now available.
- Better C/C++/Java parsing support in Clan (some structure and method
constructs are now parsed, see Clan ChangeLog)

To update to the new version:
$> tar xzf pocc-1.0-beta-r3.tar.gz
$> cd pocc-1.0-beta-r3
$> ./install.sh

Refer to the manual for troubleshooting install.
If you are an active user of PoCC, consider soliciting an access to
the SVN version of the compiler.
