Below is a brief outline of what to expect at the think tank meeting
this evening. I will make sure to post a summary for those who are
unable to make it tonight and will keep you all posted regarding
future think tanks in alternate locations. Have a great day, everyone.

Think Tank Meeting Schedule:
6:00 p.m. Snacks
6:30 – 7:30 p.m. Discussion

Discussion Format:
• Introductions

• Lynmarie will give a brief explanation of the impetus for the think
tank. This will include background information on the task force, a
mention of strengths and weaknesses of the organization as it stands
now, and the identification of challenges and opportunities we’re
facing.

• Open dialogue/brainstorming regarding what role the task force
should play in our community.

• Planning for the next step of organizational development.
