Hi Michal,

I've put the current version of the framework RFC into a rfc32 folder
within the pobol subversion project. I guess you are busy writing on
the pobol rfc but if you find the time you can already start working
on the text. Otherwise I'll try to work in your comments until
Thursday or Friday (traveling in between).
